Custom Process

TIRRON customizes each station with a preconfigured custom process module for a complete test station overview. Inside the process view setpoints are automatically updated to reflect the status of the station, while an automated script is running. However, the user can always override a setpoint from the process view window, to correct possible scripting mistakes, or for runtime debugging of scripts.

Alarm Handling

Admiral users can program alarm limits that results in different actions.

  • Messages: Notify users with a highligted message
  • Shutdown: Will trigger a predefined, PLC native shutdown procedure. This procedure will execute in realtime, even when the WIN test station PC is non functional
  • Fast Stop: Turns off the station and sets all setpoints to default values

Control and Scaling

Runtime adjustable PID-Controllers allow tuning of each control loop. Every analog input and output signal can be scaled with an interpolated 5 point scale to adjust measurements and controls to non linear behavior.
